Policies and Terms of Use

Operating Policy:
Payments must be made in full before the start of the first class.
For all Beginning A classes, there are no “sit-ins” allowed. Students with prior background, however small, in the target language, please consult with the office about evaluation.

Courtesy Policy:
Please consult with office in regards to our visitor policy.
No pets are allowed in any part of the school except for certified services animals.
Language Door, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its discretion due to lack of common courtesy or infringement of any of the schools rules/policies.

Cancellation Policy:
Private Classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancellation is made in less than 24 hours of when class is scheduled, the class will be counted. To schedule or reschedule a class, please consult with office and not the teacher.
* Hours purchased are to be used within a year from date of purchase.
* Hours purchased are non-refundable
Kids’ classes and Weekly Group Classes (including One Student Specials) have a NO cancellation policy.

Make-up Class Policy:
If a make-up class is required, there will be no extra charge if there is a weekly group class of the same level, held later in the week. If no other group class is available, a one on one session may be scheduled at the cost of $45.
Clients are encouraged to contact the office in regards to any homework.

Refund Policy:
Language Door has a 24 hour refund policy for weekly group classes from when the first class is held. The refund excludes Registration Fee and first class.

Minor Policy:
If a minor is dropped off/brought to the school by an adult, they may not leave the schools premises without an authorized adult.
Language Door reserves the right to change and/or void these policies as it deems necessary.
